Daniel Dąbrowski

Iain Haggis

I have been involved in private equity for most of my career since 1995, when I moved to Poland, the last 10 years focusing on ESG. I have worked for Innova Capital and Central Europe Industry Partners and I am a director of Valores Foundation, the first Polish venture philanthropy fund. Previously I qualified as a management accountant (FCMA) with Reuters and worked in senior financial roles in the UK, Austria, Switzerland and Germany. When not working I can often be found organic gardening or playing tennis.

Krzysztof Konopiński

I combine an optimistic outlook with a strong sense of a company’s limits and operational challenges to help guide portfolio companies to success. I have started my investment career in 2010.

Prior operational experience had helped me to develop interdisciplinary leadership skills and enriched me at the intersection of technology, big data, people, and international expansion.

I have gained my investment experience since 2002 working for Innova Capital, Darby Private Equity (Franklin Templeton), MCI i Highlander Partners. I have invested in multiple countries of CEE in buy-out and growth capital transactions.
I started my professional career in HR and strategic consulting (BCG, Monitor Company).
Outside professional career I am passionate swimmer, biker and runner.

I have gained my investment experience since 2009 working for Penta Investments and MCI. I have invested in CEE mostly in buy-out transactions with a particular focus on e-commerce enablement and FinTech sectors.
I started my professional career in investment banking (Citigroup, CAG) and also have prior experience as entrepreneur.
I tend to spend my spare time actively traveling and playing volleyball or bridge.
